While I was eating dinner tonight (much too late, I might add), I was reminded of my favorite restaurant on Waikiki Beach.

While you wait to be seated, you can sip on your favorite chilled/frozen beverage while looking out over the ocean which is bathed in reds, golds, and purples mirroring the setting sun. Your food is brought to you raw (after you have enjoyed a wonderful salad bar full of Hawaiian fixin's).

This is a big turn off for some, but it is probably my favorite part - you get to cook your own food over a huge open-faced grill. Have no fear, there are cooks standing at the ready to help you cook your steak/lobster/fish to your perfect preference. After you have grilled some pineapple (a must!), you can enjoy your meal with your company!
